AI and Digital Transformation Technical Consultant

About the role

Act as a liaison between business areas and technical teams, identifying needs, defining requirements, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring the correct implementation of AI, automation, and digital transformation solutions. Participate in all project phases: opportunity identification, requirements gathering, functional definition, execution monitoring, validation, and continuous evolution. Hybrid profile, capable of both analyzing and managing projects and actively participating in the design and development of solutions when necessary, translating business processes into functional and technical requirements. Participate in AI initiatives, process automation, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and other digital transformation technologies. Analytical, organizational, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills are especially valued, as well as the initiative to identify improvements and stay up to date on technological trends.

What you'll do

• Project analysis and definition: collect, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements through sessions with users and business areas; identify improvement opportunities and AI use cases; translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements; prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Management and monitoring of initiatives: coordinate projects with technical teams and business managers, monitoring milestones, risks, dependencies, and planning; coordinate working and follow-up meetings, preparing documentation and conclusions; supervise the correct execution of initiatives and collaborate in task prioritization.
• Governance and continuous improvement: define and maintain standards, templates, and best practices for documentation and project management; prepare monitoring reports, indicators, and status reports; facilitate knowledge transfer between teams and areas; identify incidents, deviations, and improvement opportunities; drive the continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and solutions; stay up to date on new tools and trends.
• Development and implementation of solutions: design, develop, and implement technological solutions aligned with requirements; participate in the development of applications, automations, and AI solutions; configure and adapt corporate platforms and tools; collaborate in testing, deployments, and functional/technical validations; identify optimization opportunities through new technological capabilities.

What we're looking for

• Experience in functional analysis, technology consulting, project management, or digital transformation initiatives; experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and definition, as well as in the preparation of functional, technical, and monitoring documentation; experience coordinating technical and business teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to understand business processes and transform them into viable technological solutions; ability to design, develop, and implement solutions when the project requires it.
• General knowledge of AI, process automation, and digital transformation; knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure, and AI); knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving capacity with autonomy; capacity for organization, planning, and simultaneous management of multiple initiatives; excellent oral and written communication skills; capacity for autonomous and collaborative work in multidisciplinary teams; proactive, versatile, and results-oriented profile.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering (specialties in Industrial Organization, Industrial Electronics, Automation and Robotics, Mechanics, or Industrial Technologies).
• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical degrees with a strong analytical and technological component.
• Postgraduate training or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cloud Computing (Azure), or Microsoft technologies will be valued.
