You will work on initiatives ranging from AI agents and workflow automation to operational planning, scope-of-work analysis, workforce design, and pre-RFP support. Success in this role requires curiosity, accountability, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to execute with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
AI Agents & Workflow Automation
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows that eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
- Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and other AI platforms to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes across operations, recruiting, administration, and support functions.
- Integrate AI solutions into practical business workflows that deliver measurable value.
Pre-RFP & Opportunity Analysis
- Analyze scopes of work, customer requirements, facility information, and bid-related documents.
- Develop AI-assisted processes to extract, organize, and summarize critical information from large document sets.
- Support leadership with actionable insights that accelerate opportunity evaluation and solution development.
- Create structured outputs and documentation that improve decision-making during early-stage business opportunities.
Operational Planning & Workforce Design
- Utilize AI to transform scopes of work, staffing requirements, and facility information into operational plans.
- Assist in developing staffing models, labor plans, task assignments, and service schedules.
- Create cleaner routes, workload distribution plans, and operational recommendations based on customer requirements and facility layouts.
- Support the development of standardized operating procedures and workforce deployment strategies.
Job Profiles & Operational Documentation
- Generate position descriptions, task lists, training materials, and operating guidelines using AI tools.
- Translate customer requirements into clear operational instructions for frontline teams.
- Assist in creating scalable templates and documentation that can be reused across accounts and projects.
- Standardize operational content to improve consistency and efficiency.
Data Analysis & Business Support
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build reports, dashboards, trackers, and models using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
- Conduct research and synthesize findings into concise recommendations and executive summaries.
- Support special projects as organizational priorities evolve.
What We Are Looking For
The most important qualities for this role are resourcefulness, independent problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to execute with limited direction. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, figures things out, and consistently delivers results.
