AI and Process Automation Engineer

What you'll do

*Diagnosis and roadmap: together with management, you will analyze the processes of each area, identify real AI and automation use cases, and define a medium and long-term roadmap, starting with pilots with measurable returns.

*AI governance and security: you will define and apply the company's secure AI use policy to protect our confidential information. You will evaluate and implement the most suitable solutions, whether closed enterprise cloud environments or local/on-premise models.

*Data unification and integrations: you will design and develop connectors and flows to unify data from our key systems (automotive DMS, databases, Excel, brand and manufacturer APIs).

*Development and automation: you will launch automations and functional solutions (LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, scripts, Power Platform) that will start as pilots and evolve into permanent everyday tools.

• Training and adoption: you will train and support teams so that the technology is adopted in a natural, secure, and lasting way.

What we're looking for

*Hands-on experience integrating language models (OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, etc.) and knowledge of deploying open/local models (Ollama, vLLM, Hugging Face) and RAG architectures.

*Fluent handling of Python (or similar) for scripts, data processing, and REST APIs, and experience with SQL databases.

*Security and privacy: technical judgment in data protection, GDPR, and security in corporate environments.

*Ability to understand what a sales or workshop team needs and convert it into a simple and useful technological solution.
