AI Application Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various business applications.
- Analyze and resolve application issues, working closely with users and development teams.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment of application enhancements and updates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of application configurations, processes, and support procedures.
- Identify opportunities for application optimization and process improvements, especially through generative AI.
- Conduct user training and create training materials to ensure effective application usage.
- Educate and advocate the responsible and ethical use of generative AI within the organization.
- Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot self-developed LLM applications
- Provide technical expertise to evaluate proposals of custom LLM applications by vendors
- Assist in building a GenAI Playbook for internal use
- Assist in defining LLM application use cases to address problem statements by working with various departments to identify repetitive, high-impact tasks where GenAI can be applied
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate AI tools into existing IT systems
- Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate AI’s impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of IT working experience and minimum 3 years working experience as an AI application analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of application support and lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving complex application issues.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based applications and SaaS models.
- Demonstrated experience and a strong interest in generative AI technologies, including an understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and GenAI frameworks for LLM application deployment
- Familiarity with RAG or similar agent frameworks
- Experience with APIs (e.g. Google AI Suite, Azure, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Platform Services, Whatsapp, etc.)
- Experience in some coding experience (Python, C#)
