AI Application Analyst
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various business applications.
Analyze and resolve application issues, working closely with users and development teams.
Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment of application enhancements and updates.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Maintain accurate documentation of application configurations, processes, and support procedures.
Identify opportunities for application optimization and process improvements, especially through generative AI.
Conduct user training and create training materials to ensure effective application usage.
Educate and advocate the responsible and ethical use of generative AI within the organization.
Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot self-developed LLM applications
Provide technical expertise to evaluate proposals of custom LLM applications by vendors
Assist in building a GenAI Playbook for internal use
Assist in defining LLM application use cases to address problem statements by working with various departments to identify repetitive, high-impact tasks where GenAI can be applied
Collaborate with various departments to integrate AI tools into existing IT systems
Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate AI’s impact.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of IT working experience and minimum 3 years working experience as an AI application analyst or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of application support and lifecycle management.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving complex application issues.
Strong understanding of cloud-based applications and SaaS models.
Demonstrated experience and a strong interest in generative AI technologies, including an understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and GenAI frameworks for LLM application deployment
Familiarity with RAG or similar agent frameworks
Experience with APIs (e.g. Google AI Suite, Azure, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Platform Services, Whatsapp, etc.)
Some coding experience is preferred (Python, C#)
