About the Role: This position seeks an AI application development expert with exceptional end-to-end delivery capabilities to spearhead the engineering and commercial deployment of cutting-edge AI technologies. Key Responsibilities:
0-to-1 MVP Development: Independently lead the end-to-end development of novel AI applications (e.g., RAG-based knowledge bases or multi-step Agent tools), handling everything from backend logic to frontend UI prototyping and rapid iteration.
Core Architecture & AI Optimization: Take full charge of core business logic design, Prompt Engineering, model fine-tuning, and performance testing. Drive technical decisions and break through bottlenecks independently.
System Engineering & Deployment: Transform AI applications into robust SaaS products. Take charge of system architecture design, database construction, API encapsulation, and cloud deployment to ensure high-quality project delivery.
AI-Empowered Coding: Masterfully utilize AI coding assistants to rapidly generate business code. Demonstrate exceptional code review and logic optimization skills to ensure the security and stability of the AI system.
Requirements:
Solid Engineering Foundation: Proficient in Python and mainstream backend frameworks. Solid experience in database design and real-world project deployment. Frontend or full-stack development capabilities are highly preferred. (Candidates must be able to work independently without relying on a large engineering team).
AI Implementation Experience: Familiar with the LLM ecosystem, with hands-on experience in building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems or Agent workflows.
Delivery Mindset: Familiar with the full software development and delivery lifecycle for SaaS products, coupled with excellent problem-solving and breakdown skills.
Communication: Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin for seamless technical and business communication.

系統工程化落地： 將 AI 應用轉化為穩定運行的 SaaS 產品。負責系統架構設計、數據庫搭建、API 封裝及雲端上線部署，確保高質量的項目交付。
AI 賦能極速編程： 熟練駕馭 AI 代碼輔助工具極速生成業務代碼，並具備極強的代碼審查（Code Review）與邏輯調優能力，確保 AI 系統的安全與穩定。
任職要求：
扎實的工程化底盤： 精通 Python，熟練掌握主流後端框架，具備扎實的數據庫設計與項目實際上線部署經驗；具備前端 / 全棧開發能力優先。（必須具備獨立開發能力，無需依賴龐大的工程團隊支持）。
