We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered products and capabilities. This role will play a key part in shaping AI strategy, driving technical innovation, and building scalable solutions that create measurable business impact across SEA.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect AI-powered applications, platforms, and services.
Provide technical leadership across AI technologies, including machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and natural language processing (NLP).
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate new technologies and architectural approaches.
Define integration strategies between AI services, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms.
Work closely with engineering and data teams to prepare and optimize data for AI model training and deployment.
Collaborate with product and design teams to embed AI capabilities into user workflows and customer experiences.
Oversee deployment, monitoring, performance optimization, and governance of AI solutions in production environments.
Mentor engineers and contribute to technical best practices across the organization.
Support customer-facing discussions by providing technical expertise and solution recommendations.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to help drive innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or platform engineering, including at least 3 years focused on AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions.
Proven experience designing and delivering AI-enabled products or enterprise platforms.
Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java, with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks and related tooling.
Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, LLM applications, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and AI integration patterns.
Experience designing and supporting scalable cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
Exposure to data engineering, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), feature stores, or search technologies is advantageous.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across engineering, product, and business teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
