AI Architect
Summary
Design and lead AI-powered enterprise solutions, setting architecture standards and guiding teams on LLMs, RAG, and cloud AI services like Azure OpenAI.
We're looking for an AI Architect who can bridge business needs and technical solutions to design scalable, secure, and impactful AI-powered applications. In this role, you'll own solution architecture from concept to implementation, guiding teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality AI solutions that align with best practices and architectural standards.
What You'll Do
Design and own solution architecture for AI projects from end to end
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define project success criteria
Evaluate proposed solutions against established architectural standards and best practices
Develop evaluation strategies, governance, and safety frameworks for AI solutions
Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to project teams
Mentor engineers and implementation teams on architecture decisions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture standards and frameworks
Collaborate with AI Engineers, Platform Engineers, and technical leadership across projects
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
3–7 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or systems design
Experience designing or implementing enterprise technology solutions
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Strong experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Technical Expertise
Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and evaluation frameworks
Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent AWS/GCP AI services
Knowledge of AI architecture patterns, system design, and solution design principles
Understanding of security, governance, compliance, and data management considerations within AI solutions
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enterprise architecture practices
