We are looking for a Principal Solution Architect – AI to lead the architectural strategy for Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, driving the company's technological transformation through modern, scalable, and data-driven architectures.

This professional will be responsible for defining reference architectures for Generative AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent agent solutions, connecting business needs to the organization's technological capabilities. You will act as the primary technical reference for strategic initiatives, influencing engineering, architecture, product, and executive leaders in the adoption of innovative solutions.

We expect a professional with solid experience in enterprise architecture, software development, Cloud platforms, and Artificial Intelligence, capable of leading high-complexity initiatives and accelerating the company's technological evolution.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technically lead the definition of the architecture for Artificial Intelligence-based solutions;

• Define the architectural strategy for Generative AI applications, intelligent agents, and cognitive automation;

• Act as the primary technical consultant for strategic initiatives involving AI;

• Work in conjunction with Engineering, Product, Data, Security, and Enterprise Architecture in defining high-impact solutions;

• Evaluate and select foundational models, frameworks, and AI platforms according to technical, regulatory, and business requirements;

• Define architectural standards for applications based on LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and AI platforms;

• Ensure that solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, governance, observability, and operational efficiency;

• Lead Architecture Reviews, Design Reviews, and Technical Assessments for AI projects;

• Provide technical support to multiple engineering teams throughout the solution lifecycle;

• Conduct proofs of concept (POCs) and technological evaluations for new AI capabilities.

• Solid experience in enterprise architecture and solution architecture;

• Microservices Architecture;

• Domain Driven Design (DDD);

• Event Driven Architecture;

• API First;

• Distributed architectures;

• Integration between enterprise systems;

• Cloud Native architectures;

• Event-oriented architectures;

• Platform-based architecture (Platform Engineering);

• Definition of enterprise architectural standards.

IT WILL BE A PLUS

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification;

• Azure AI Engineer Associate;

• Google Professional Cloud Architect;

• TOGAF;

• Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD);

• Knowledge of MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker Pipelines);

• Experience in enterprise AI platforms and model governance;

• Participation in technical communities, events, or Open Source projects related to AI.
