AI-Assisted Test Automation Engineer
Salary: ฿60,000 – ฿75,000 per month
About the role
The role supports UAT testing phases by using AI to create and maintain automated test scripts, enabling comprehensive and faster testing. Test results are delivered to the development team for immediate remediation.
Key responsibilities
Analyze Test Scenarios and Test Cases from UAT documents, Functional Specifications, and Business Flow
Use AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to create end-to-end automated test scripts from test cases, review them, and adjust for actual execution
Run automated tests for both UAT and Regression rounds after the development team fixes defects
Record defects comprehensively: reproduction steps, expected results, actual results, screenshots/videos/logs, and severity/priority levels
Perform retests and close defects after fixes are received
Maintain test scripts to align with system changes and store scripts in the project Git repository
Prepare daily test execution reports (Pass/Fail/Blocked, pending defects)
Coordinate with programmers, business analysts, and UAT users
About you
Software testing experience of at least 2–3 years with test automation experience
Proficiency with at least one automation tool such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Robot Framework
Practical ability to use AI to write test scripts: write effective prompts and verify AI-generated results rather than using them without review
Ability to write scripts in at least one language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java)
Basic Git proficiency (clone, branch, commit, push, pull request)
Ability to use defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet
Ability to write defect reports clearly in Thai
