Opportunity to join ExpertEase AI;

as an AI-Augmented Full Stack Developer and help build the future of no-code AI platforms. We're expanding our founding engineering team. This is mid-senior role require minimum 3 years professional experience.

Multiple opportunities available across Adelaide office. We need a technical generalist who can seamlessly work across frontend, backend, and DevOps while building AI-augmented solutions for diverse client use cases.

What You'll Build

• Industry-leading AI agents’ multi-lingual text-to-text and Voice-to-Voice capabilities and exceptional response accuracy and quality
• Government grade AI applications meeting enterprise security and compliance standards
• LLM orchestration pipelines using APIs, MCPs and services
• RAG systems with vector databases and document processing
• 3rd party integrations with ZOHO CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Services, and enterprise platforms
• QA pipelines and comprehensive system testing frameworks
• React-powered interfaces for our no-code AI agent builder
• Multi-tenant SaaS backend with automation building capabilities
• Python-based AI services connecting to frontend applications
• Evaluation pipelines to measure system quality and performance
• Monitoring infrastructure using Langfuse, Datadog, and Grafana-style dashboards
• Prompt engineering frameworks and testing automation
• Real-time dashboards and chatbot widgets used by thousands
• Azure infrastructure and DevOps deployment pipelines
• Custom solutions for diverse client use cases and requirements
• System integrations with messaging platforms and enterprise APIs

What We Need (Non-Negotiable)

• React development expertise - components, hooks, state management, modern frontend
• Python proficiency with AI frameworks and backend development
• RAG Models implementation experience with vector databases and embeddings
• Multi-tenant SaaS automation building - scalable backend architecture
• Evaluation systems expertise - building Evals and pipelines to measure AI quality and performance
• QA pipeline development and comprehensive system testing methodologies
• Monitoring and observability experience with Langfuse, Datadog, Grafana-style systems
• Min. 3+ years professional experience with AI-augmented applications and Python coding
• Azure cloud services and infrastructure management
• DevOps capabilities - CI/CD, deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code
• Project management proficiency with Jira and agile methodologies
• Technical documentation excellence - Swagger/OpenAPI tools and comprehensive documentation practices
• Generalist mindset - comfortable working across frontend, backend, and DevOps
• LLM API integration experience with prompt engineering and optimization
• Test case creation and automated testing framework development
