We’re looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy AI automation & optimization specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a solid technical background who is eager to help streamline our systems, manage technical tools, and support our internal teams with their technology needs.

This is a full-time remote position.

can independently troubleshoot technical issues and find proactive solutions to minimize disruptions

have a continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to automate processes and increase team efficiency

Responsibilities:

analyze and improve existing processes across different departments (for example, sales/customer support, etc.)
reduce manual work using automation tools and AI-based solutions
handle technical requests in internal chats, including resolving issues related to tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and similar platforms
research tools, workflows, and technical solutions to support business needs
design and introduce new processes that improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

mid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations
practical experience using AI tools for process optimization
experience with no-code/low-code automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, and similar platforms
experience working independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources
high level of ownership and self-motivation
comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and able to plan and prioritize own tasks effectively
ability to collaborate with stakeholders and organize personal workload effectively
strong communicator able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders, self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven
