AI Automation Architect – Software Development Lifecycle

Designs and implements AI-driven automation for the software development lifecycle, optimizing CI/CD pipelines and integrating agentic workflows to enhance efficiency and governance.
We are looking for an AI Automation Architect – SDLC (h/f) in Lille to support our organization in automating our Software Development Life Cycle through AI Orchestration across all interfaces. You will work at the intersection of technology, business departments, and organizational transformation. Your work will have a direct impact on how AI is used in practice across the company, how processes are made more efficient, and how we further develop and transform our Software Development Life Cycle.
Your Job
- Analyze and optimize the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines across all areas of software development (Platform, Security, Backup, Compliance).
- Identify and prioritize suitable AI and automation use cases with a focus on agentic workflows, model routing, and memory and context architectures towards Level 5 AI.
- Design, develop, and implement AI-based workflow solutions.
- Integrate automations into existing systems and processes.
- Support all teams in the AI transformation of software development.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
- Create internal documentation, playbooks, tutorials, and best practices.
- Advise technical teams on the use of AI.
- Contribute to AI governance, data protection, compliance, and the responsible use of AI.
- Measure the impact, adoption, and ROI of implemented automations.
- Continuously improve existing solutions based on feedback and metrics.
Your Profile
- Experience in analyzing and automating software development processes.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, enterprise tools, and scripting.
- Good knowledge of Python or a comparable scripting language.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, or enablement programs.
- Strong communication and consulting skills.
- A pragmatic, solution-oriented, and business-oriented way of working.
- Awareness of data protection, security, compliance, and AI governance.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
