AI & Automation Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

• Build and support basic no-code/low-code workflows, forms, automation, and process improvement solutions.

• Assist in developing AI-driven use cases and productivity solutions using workflow automation, collaboration, and AI platforms.
• Support scripting, automation, API integration, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Identify repetitive tasks and suggest opportunities for automation and operational improvement.
• Work with team members to understand business challenges and suggest practical technology-based solutions.
• Support cloud-based infrastructure, productivity platforms, and modern workplace technologies under team guidance.
• Participate in troubleshooting activities and assist in identifying root causes for technical issues.
• Monitor alerts, service requests, and operational tasks using IT management and monitoring tools.
• Contribute to process documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.
• Participate in testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities for new tools, processes, and solutions.
• Learn and follow best practices related to IT operations, cloud technologies, security, governance, and compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively participate in discussions, brainstorming sessions, and project activities.

• Continuously explore new technologies, automation ideas, AI capabilities, and modern IT practices to improve productivity and user experience.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
• Cloud technologies
• Networking fundamentals
• Basic understanding of AI tools and platforms
• Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Python
• Exposure to DevOps, Terraform, or automation tools
• Understanding of APIs and integrations
