Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to automate business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and build intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions using Python and machine learning techniques.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines for efficient information retrieval and context-aware response generation.
• Integrate LLMs into applications to develop intelligent assistants, chatbots, and other AI-driven solutions.
• Apply NLP techniques to process, analyze, and extract meaningful insights from unstructured data.
• Develop, test, and optimize machine learning models for various business use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Evaluate AI model performance, accuracy, reliability, and response quality.
• Follow best practices for code quality, performance optimization, and production deployment.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their integration into applications.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and model development.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Automation Quality Engineering (QE) and test automation frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into automated testing and quality engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-based test generation, test case optimization, and intelligent test automation.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience building AI-based applications, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
