Location: Montreal, QC. Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week in office).

Job Summary

Design and implement scalable AI-driven automation solutions across enterprise systems. Develop integrations, automation workflows, and data analytics solutions to enable data-driven decision-making.

Integration Development & Engineering

  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs, connectors, and integration pipelines across internal and external systems.
  • Enable data exchange between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party tools.
  • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for automation and analytics use cases.
  • Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and performant.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while maintaining system reliability.

Automation Development & Workflow Management

  • Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate or equivalent platforms.
  • Develop automated solutions for notifications, approvals, exception handling, and business process orchestration.
  • Act as SME for workflow design and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and streamline manual processes.
  • Monitor, maintain, and enhance automation workflows for efficiency and reliability.

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Perform data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation across systems.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Enable real-time reporting for business and operational insights.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting systems.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical models and visualizations.
