About the Job

Location: Makati. Corporate Title: Junior Officer to Manager. Work Arrangement: Hybrid. The IT team seeks experienced professionals to join us in Makati in the role of AI Automation Engineer.

What The Role Will Entail

  • Develop and deploy AI-powered automation solutions to streamline key banking processes, including customer onboarding, fraud detection, compliance monitoring, and service desk operations.
  • Partner with business units, IT teams, and data scientists to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Build, implement, and maintain automation workflows using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar tools.
  • Integrate machine learning models and natural language processing capabilities into banking systems to enhance decision‑making and customer experience.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with banking regulations, data privacy requirements, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Monitor system performance and continuously optimize automation tools for reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices to support knowledge sharing, governance, and audit readiness.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML development and process automation, preferably within financial services or banking, with familiarity in core banking systems and financial data structures.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with hands‑on experience in RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate; knowledge of additional languages such as Java, C++, or R is an advantage.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), data integration tools, ETL pipelines, and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Databricks.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (AML, KYC, GDPR, BSP guidelines) with solid problem‑solving, communication, stakeholder management, and exposure to Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or ITIL practices preferred.
