We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to help ElevateOS build, connect, and improve internal automation systems across the company. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying manual or repetitive workflows, designing AI-powered automations, connecting software systems, building AI agents, managing enrichment workflows, and helping our teams move faster with better systems. You will work across sales, recruiting, operations, customer success, onboarding, service delivery, marketing, and leadership to turn messy manual processes into clean, repeatable, automated workflows. This role will involve using tools like **HubSpot, Airtable, Clay, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Zapier, Make, n8n, Google Workspace, APIs, webhooks, and scripting tools** to build practical automation systems that save time, improve accuracy, and help the company scale. ### Key Responsibilities Build AI-powered automations for internal business workflows. Create automated processes across tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, Clay, Google Workspace, Slack, email, CRMs, recruiting tools, project management systems, and other SaaS platforms. Design and implement AI agents and automation workflows that assist with tasks such as:

  • Candidate sourcing and screening
  • Lead enrichment
  • Contact enrichment
  • Company research
  • Email drafting and follow-up
  • CRM updates
  • Data entry and cleanup
  • Customer onboarding workflows
  • Internal reporting
  • Service operations support
  • Document generation
  • Task routing and prioritization
  • Sales prospecting workflows
  • Recruiting outreach workflows
  • Operational task automation

The ideal candidate is technical, resourceful, curious, and highly practical. You should enjoy solving problems, building workflows, experimenting with AI tools, and turning manual processes into automated systems. You do not need to be a traditional software engineer, but you should be comfortable working with APIs, automation platforms, data, logic, prompts, and basic scripting. You should understand how tools like **Clay, HubSpot, Airtable, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Zapier, Make, and n8n** can work together to automate real business processes. You should be able to take a messy workflow, clean up the logic, enrich the data, connect the right systems, test different AI models, and create repeatable automations that save the team time. ### Qualifications 2+ years of experience in automation, operations, RevOps, systems, AI tools, software, data, or a related technical role preferred. Experience building workflows in tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, HubSpot, Clay, or similar platforms. Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic scripting. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI API, Anthropic API, or other LLM platforms. Strong understanding of automation logic, triggers, actions, conditional paths, and workflow design. Ability to break down complex manual processes and turn them into clear automation workflows. Comfortable working across multiple departments and understanding different business needs. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to test, troubleshoot, and improve automations over time. Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
