AI Automation Engineer
Description
About the role
KAVE is a global brand in furniture and home decor design, dedicated to inspiring unique and unconventional people like us.
The furniture and decoration industry is one of the largest retail industries worldwide. The potential is enormous and we aim high. We are a group of more than 1,100 international, talented, and motivated professionals, with the mission to completely transform the experience from design to customer, offering sustainable designs, excellent value for money, and a top-tier omnichannel shopping experience.
We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to join our Business Process Automation (BPA) team and help us transform how we work through Artificial Intelligence, automation, and process redesign.
We are looking for a person who combines technical ability with process vision, capable of understanding business challenges, detecting opportunities for improvement, and converting them into robust, scalable automation and AI solutions with a real impact on efficiency and productivity.
What you'll do
Work with business and BPM teams to understand processes, detect inefficiencies, and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and AI application.
Participate in the redesign and simplification of processes before their automation, avoiding the transfer of existing inefficiencies to new technological solutions.
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using n8n and other Low-Code/No-Code technologies, incorporating custom development when necessary.
Design and implement solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, including the integration of LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent workflows applied to real business processes.
Design and implement integrations between systems, applications, and data sources through APIs, webhooks, and other integration mechanisms.
Participate in the entire lifecycle of the developed solutions: design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, documentation, maintenance, and evolution.
Ensure that automations are robust, secure, maintainable, and scalable, following the standards and best practices defined by the team.
Identify reusable automation components, solutions, and patterns, avoiding isolated solutions and facilitating their application in other processes or areas.
Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture when the complexity of the solutions requires advanced integrations or developments.
Accompany teams during the implementation of the developed solutions and collect feedback to allow them to evolve and improve their adoption.
Monitor the impact of the implemented solutions in terms of capacity released, reduction in cycle times, decrease in errors, adoption, and productivity improvement.
What we're looking for
Experience designing and implementing process and workflow automations. We currently work with n8n, so your knowledge will be a great plus. We will also value experience with Make, Zapier, Power Platform, or similar technologies.
Hands-on experience or solid knowledge of applied Artificial Intelligence, especially LLMs, AI agents, and their integration within processes and workflows.
Programming or scripting knowledge to develop and extend automations, preferably Python and/or JavaScript.
Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and integrations between systems.
Knowledge of databases and the ability to work with information coming from different applications and data sources.
Knowledge of best practices in development, testing, version control, and solution maintenance.
Ability to understand business processes and convert complex problems into simple and efficient solutions.
Product and continuous improvement mindset, with a focus not only on building solutions, but also on ensuring they work, are used, and generate the expected impact.
Ability to work cross-functionally and explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical profiles.
Technological curiosity and the ability to experiment, learn, and apply new AI and automation possibilities to real business problems.
Advanced level of English.
What you'll get
Join a company in full expansion, with a solid, ambitious, and constantly evolving project.
Be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, with real possibilities for professional development and growth within the organization.
Participate in a project with a strong focus on innovation, excellence, and long-term value creation.
Enjoy modern, sustainable facilities designed to promote well-being and collaboration.
Access an attractive compensation policy, which includes a flexible compensation plan with options such as health insurance, restaurant card, transport card, and daycare.
Have access to day-to-day support services, such as catering, fruit available every morning, and a canteen area.
Have access to a gym in the offices, with 24/7 availability.
