AI Automation Engineer

Summary

An automation (RPA) engineer who builds and stabilizes bill-processing bots on the uiAgent platform for heat, electricity, and gas invoices, integrating them with ERP/Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central into end-to-end workflows. Day to day: developing automations, running validation and regression tests, error analysis, and go-live support; requires RPA experience, ERP knowledge, and fluent G

Development and enhancement of automation solutions using the uiAgent platform
Automation of heat, electricity, and gas bill processing
Implementation of validation, testing, and processing logic
Further development and stabilization of existing bots and workflows
Adaptation of automations to changes in ERP/Business Central systems
Integration of existing partial automations into end-to-end processes
Conducting tests, error analyses, and regression tests
Support during go-live, hypercare, and business acceptance testing
Analysis, documentation, and optimization of existing processes
Coordination with product owners, business units, business IT, and technology partners
Requirements
Experience in RPA/software automation and the development of automated business processes
Experience with uiAgent or comparable automation platforms
Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Experience Experience with invoicing and procure-to-pay processes
Ideally, knowledge of the energy industry
Experience with UI automation, testing, and error analysis
Structured and independent work style
Fluent in German and English
