AI Automation Engineer

You will lead the design and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions, build reusable tools and scripts, and reduce repetitive operational work. You will improve monitoring, logging, diagnostics, and alerting; support LiveOps, QA, and release workflows; mentor engineers; and collaborate with DevOps and platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Define and maintain engineering standards for automation and AI-assisted workflows
• Design and implement automation tools and scripts
• Build reusable operational tooling for multiple game teams
• Automate operational tasks with Game Engineers and technical owners
• Maintain internal tooling for LiveOps, QA, and release support
• Apply AI-assisted development tools to automation workflows
• Use AI-driven approaches for automation generation, log analysis, and operational diagnostics
• Reduce manual work across LiveOps, QA, and operational processes
• Improve monitoring, logging, diagnostics, and alerting
• Build tools for production investigation and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams on automation integrations

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, developer tooling, or automation
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong scripting or programming skills in C#, Java, Python, TypeScript, or a similar language
• Experience building automation tools, developer tooling, or operational systems
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in engineering workflows
• Strong understanding of software development workflows and engineering productivity tools
• Experience mentoring or leading engineers is preferred
• Experience with live products or operational systems is preferred
• Experience building internal developer tools or automation frameworks is preferred
• Exposure to monitoring, logging, and operational diagnostics tooling is preferred
• Basic understanding of CI/CD systems or cloud infrastructure is preferred
