AI & Automation Engineer
Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱70,000 per month
About the role
This role focuses on identifying and implementing AI, automation, and technology solutions to improve business processes and workflows. You will design, develop, test, and implement AI-powered applications and automation tools to streamline operations, enhance employee productivity, and drive business efficiency.
Key responsibilities
Identify areas within the business where AI, automation, and technology can improve existing processes and workflows
Design, develop, test, and implement AI-powered applications, automation tools, and scripts to streamline operations and enhance employee productivity
Automate repetitive and manual tasks to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time
Evaluate existing AI tools and platforms and recommend appropriate solutions based on business requirements, cost, and feasibility
Work closely with department heads and employees to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
Translate business requirements into practical AI and technology solutions
Develop and support the integration of AI and automation tools with existing business systems, including ERP, POS, inventory management, and other enterprise applications
Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code
Test, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain AI applications and automation tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
Preferably with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in software development, AI applications, systems integration, or business process automation
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing software applications, AI-powered tools, or automation solutions
Proficiency in Python and/or other relevant programming languages
Working knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, and generative AI technologies
Familiarity with AI platforms and APIs, such as OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, or similar technologies
Knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, and systems integration
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to understand business processes and translate operational requirements into technical solutions
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
