AI Automation Engineer

Salary: ฿50,000 – ฿60,000 per month

About the role

You will work with business leads to implement automations and AI-powered workflows across business processes and customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Work with business teams to understand workflows such as owner onboarding, renter inquiries, cleaning, and pricing

• Map processes and turn them into clear automation requirements

• Build and maintain workflows using Airtable, Make, Zapier, n8n, and AI chat/voice tools

• Set up workflow logic, routing, notifications, retries, and AI automation

• Design and manage data in Airtable, including owners, units, bookings, tasks, and tickets

• Connect external systems through APIs and webhooks

• Use JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Apps Script for custom logic and data transformation when needed

• Test new automations and AI workflows

• Monitor, debug, and improve workflows continuously

About you

• At least 5 years of total work experience

• 3+ years in IT-related roles (e.g., Business Analyst, Product, QA, RPA, Automation, Integration, or similar)

• 1–2 years of direct experience with AI automation / low-code–no-code tools (e.g., Airtable, Make, Zapier, n8n, GenAI tools)

• Requirement gathering – talking to non-technical teams and turning their needs into clear workflows

• Business process mapping – drawing and simplifying step-by-step processes before automating

• Hands-on experience with tools like Airtable, Make/Zapier/n8n, and some GenAI platforms (chat/voice)

• Data modeling – designing clean, relational structures (tables, fields, links) that support reporting and automation

• Comfortable reading API docs, using webhooks, and connecting systems

• Ability to write small scripts or functions for data transformation and custom rules
