AI Automation Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineering Manager to lead our AI and automation initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for managing a team of AI Automation Engineers, identifying automation opportunities, designing scalable AI-powered solutions, and driving operational efficiency through intelligent workflows.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in AI, automation platforms, software development, and cloud technologies with exceptional leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, enhance productivity, and implement innovative AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI Automation Engineers.
- Define team objectives, KPIs, and development plans.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and technical mentoring.
- Build a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Develop and execute the organization's AI automation roadmap.
- Identify business processes suitable for AI-driven automation.
- Prioritize automation projects based on business impact and ROI.
- Establish automation governance, standards, and best practices.
- Drive adoption of AI technologies across departments.
- Architect scalable AI-powered automation solutions.
- Oversee the development of intelligent workflows, AI agents, and business process automation.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
- Integrate AI models with internal systems, CRMs, ERPs, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Evaluate and implement Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Machine Learning solutions.
- Optimize prompts, AI workflows, and model performance.
- Monitor AI solution accuracy, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.

- Conduct risk assessments for AI implementations.
- Manage multiple AI automation projects simultaneously.
- Allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience delivering enterprise AI automation projects.
