AI & Automation Senior Manager

About the role

At Iberostar, we are looking to bring an AI & Automation Senior Manager into our DATA team at our corporate headquarters in Palma de Mallorca; but before you know more about the position, we believe it is important for you to know a little about Iberostar Group:

Therefore, we are currently implementing an AI & Automation Framework globally, with the aim of integrating Artificial Intelligence transversally into the day-to-day of our teams and operations. To lead this change, we are building a new team of excellence and we are looking for talent that wants to be a protagonist of this transformation.

What you'll do

- Develop rapid-implementation projects and initiatives, normally lasting a few weeks, oriented towards automating specific processes through AI agents, process automation, or AI productivity tools.

- Design and implement assistants, agents, and automations that improve the operational efficiency of business areas.

- Manage the technical teams (internal or external) responsible for development.

- Ensure the correct integration of solutions with corporate applications and existing systems.

- Provide functional support during implementation and carry out the continuous evolution of the deployed solutions.

- Lead the development of AI products and solutions of corporate scope or high complexity.

- Define the product vision, prioritize functionalities, and maintain the evolution roadmap of the solutions.

- Translate the business requirements passed on by Business Partners and process analysts into functional and technical requirements.

- Prioritize the backlog, validate deliverables, and ensure that the solutions generate the expected value for the business.

- Coordinate the functional evolution of the product once put into production.

What we're looking for

- Experience in the development of virtual assistants, AI agents, automations, and the deployment of corporate solutions (such as Gemini Enterprise or similar ecosystems).

- Knowledge of new AI paradigms, covering the design and functioning of agents, MCP (Model Context Protocol) protocols, A2A (Agent-to-Agent) interactions, and other architectures.

- Between 2 and 4 years of experience developing and implementing process automation projects or solutions based on Artificial Intelligence.

- Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
