• Troubleshoot and fix broken automations to maintain system reliability
• Monitor workflows to catch issues quickly and reduce downtime
• Build and optimize automations to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Streamline systems and reduce manual tasks across departments
• Support the team with backend system issues and data integrity
• Recommend better tools or workflow improvements based on observed bottlenecks
• Create and maintain simple documentation / SOPs for automated processes

We are looking for a tech-savvy, resourceful individual who thrives on solving problems and improving processes.

Key traits include being organized, proactive, and able to work independently. You should be comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple terms and have a track record of troubleshooting and building automations.

Technical foundation: experience with integrating and automating tools, familiarity with API integrations, and comfort with both no-code/low-code and scripting where needed. You should be able to assess workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement pragmatic automation that aligns with business goals.
