This is a focused, outcome-driven position where you'll build AI agents that make founders say "how did you do that?" — and use cutting-edge AI tools to 10x your own output.

You'll get paid tools, models, and compute (you'll never cover API credits yourself), direct mentoring, and a real path to grow into a client-facing leadership role — without being stuck as an anonymous ticket-closer.

What You'll Be Owning

This is a core AI systems-building role covering fast-start agent delivery, bigger end-to-end builds, and the security that keeps them safe in a client's hands. You aren't just wiring up prompts; you're owning systems from design through deployment and handover.

You'll take the lead on:

• Fast-Start Agent Delivery: Building agents from the template menu — research agents, inbox and calendar triage, proposal and content drafting, meeting-to-action pipelines, reporting, lead qualification — and getting them live for clients in days.
  

• End-to-End Bigger Builds: Owning multi-agent systems, agent-powered apps, and integrations across CRM, email, documents, and databases from build through test, deploy, and handover — no one builds it for you.
  

• Security & Guardrails: Setting permissions, access scopes, secrets handling, rate and spend limits, input validation, human-approval gates, and audit logs on every system you ship — assuming the client will do something unwise with the tools you give them, and building so it doesn't hurt them.
  

• Testing & Documentation: Testing, hardening, and documenting what you build so it keeps working after you move to the next job.
  

• Toolbox Ownership: Tracking new models, APIs, CLIs, MCP servers, and automation tools, and bringing the good ones to the team.
  

• Design Session Participation: Sitting in design sessions with the CEO and the AI Solutions Engineer to help shape the solution before the build starts.
  

Requirements

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

• Have Real Build Experience: You have 2+ years shipping automations, integrations, apps, or AI systems that real people used — and you've deployed them yourself, not handed them off to someone else to host.
  

• Are Hands-On with LLM APIs: You're comfortable with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (or equivalent), prompting, tool calling, and at least one of n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, or an agent SDK.
  

• Are Technically Fluent: You're comfortable in Python or TypeScript, on the command line, and deploying to cloud or serverless (Vercel, Railway, AWS, GCP, Supabase, or similar) — you can read an API doc and have something working the same day.
  

• Are Security-Minded by Default: You know what an exposed API key, an over-scoped OAuth token, a prompt injection, or an agent with delete permissions can do, and you design so the client can't accidentally do it to themselves.
  

• Are Curious and Self-Directed: When you hit a wall, you try three things before you ask — and when you ask, you bring what you tried.
  

• Communicate Clearly in Writing: You have good written English, and you're happy to keep improving your spoken English on camera.
  

What Success Looks Like

After 60–90 Days:

• Fast-Start Builds Are Routine: You're shipping template-menu agents live for clients within days of a design session.
  

• Bigger Builds Are Owned: You've taken at least one multi-agent system or integration from design through deployment and handover, without needing someone else to finish it.
  

• Security Is Built In: Every system you've shipped has permissions, guardrails, and audit logs in place by default, not bolted on after the fact.
  

• Growth Is Visible: You're building toward client-facing readiness — clear, confident, professional English on video — as the next step on your path to AI Solutions Lead.
