AI Business Analyst – responsible for identifying AI opportunities, translating business needs into AI solutions, supporting design and implementation, and driving continuous improvement.

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Identify business needs and translate them into AI solution requirements. Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Develop functional and non‑functional specifications. Support solution design and validation activities. AI Opportunity Assessment Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies. Evaluate business processes for AI and automation opportunities. Develop business cases and value assessments. Support feasibility and impact analyses. Recommend AI‑driven improvements. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Build strong relationships across business and technology teams. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams. Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Support decision‑making and prioritization activities. Ensure alignment between business objectives and solution outcomes. Solution Support & Delivery Contribute to successful AI project execution. Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance activities. Support implementation and change management efforts. Monitor project outcomes and benefits realization. Identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Provide insights that support AI adoption and operational excellence. Develop reports, dashboards, and business insights. Track project performance and business outcomes. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Promote best practices in business analysis and AI adoption. Nice to Have Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or automation initiatives. Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI‑PBA. Knowledge of Generative AI technologies. Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies. Experience developing business cases and ROI models. Exposure to data analytics and reporting tools. Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, consulting, operations, or related disciplines. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities. Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and meetings. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience working with cross‑functional teams. Knowledge of project delivery and business analysis methodologies. Strong organizational and documentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience supporting technology or transformation projects. Physical & Location Requirements Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
