AI Business Analyst (AI & Data Transformation)

We are seeking a AI Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams, ensuring AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes. The role will drive requirement definition, solution alignment, and successful delivery within Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and data requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and interviews to identify business challenges and opportunities.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritise product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery roadmaps.
• Partner with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Project Managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT execution, and business sign-off activities.
• Coordinate requirement changes, dependency management, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, risk, and regulatory standards.
