Overview
Our client is seeking an AI Business Analyst to identify, evaluate and deliver AI-driven opportunities that enhance productivity, decision-making, customer experience and operational efficiency. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business challenges into practical AI and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI, automation and workflow optimisation across business operations.
- Translate business challenges into clear AI use cases, including requirements, success metrics and business benefits.
- Assess feasibility by evaluating business impact, technical complexity, data readiness and implementation risks.
- Prepare business requirements, user stories and process maps for AI-enabled workflows and solutions.
- Collaborate with technology teams, vendors and business users to support solution design and implementation.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Information Management, Computer Science, Operations or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including Generative AI, automation tools, AI agents or retrieval-based solutions.
- Ability to gather requirements, analyse business problems and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in AI projects, internships, rapid prototyping or low-code development would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in English and Chinese.
