Lead the safe, responsible adoption of AI across the organization — identifying opportunities, piloting solutions, and building the governance and risk frameworks to support them.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain the AI roadmap and use case portfolio, from opportunity identification through pilots to full adoption.
- Establish AI governance policies and risk assessment processes, evaluating solutions for safety, privacy, security, and accuracy.
- Ensure human oversight and controls for higher-risk AI applications.
- Manage AI vendors — evaluation, due diligence, contracts, and implementation.
- Monitor deployed AI solutions for performance and risk, escalating issues as needed.
- Partner with Cybersecurity, Data Governance, and IT on privacy and security risks.
- Drive AI literacy and adoption through training, champions, and workflow redesign support.
- Track and report on AI initiative benefits, progress, and risks to management.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in AI, digital transformation, or technology/data governance.
- Hands-on experience piloting or implementing AI/analytics solutions.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles (safety, oversight, privacy, fairness).
- Experience in vendor management, change management, and benefits realization.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to bridge technical/non-technical audiences.
- Experience in a regulated or service-oriented sector, and relevant AI/governance certifications, are a plus.
