About the role
As our AI capability continues to evolve, we're looking for an experienced AI Change Manager to drive the adoption and embedding of AI-enabled ways of working across our Business Enablement teams.
Working as part of the Innovation Group, you'll design and deliver practical change approaches to help our people move beyond awareness and into embedded use of Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents. This is a highly visible role focused on influencing behaviour change, building engagement and ensuring AI becomes a natural part of how teams work.
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract position that offers hybrid working and has the flexibility to be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
Key responsibilities
- Lead change and adoption initiatives to support the rollout, embedding and sustained use of Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents and other AI-enabled ways of working.
- Partner closely with Business Enablement leaders and teams to assess change impacts and readiness, understand how AI can augment their work, identify barriers to adoption and implement practical solutions that drive behaviour change.
- Develop and deliver targeted communication and engagement activities that build awareness, confidence and capability across the firm.
- Support and grow AI Champion networks, communities of practice and peer-learning forums that encourage knowledge sharing and promote best practice.
- Create and maintain adoption resources, including guidance materials, prompt libraries, success stories, knowledge repositories and practical user tools.
- Enable leaders and managers to effectively champion AI adoption within their teams and reinforce new ways of working.
- Measure and improve adoption outcomes by gathering user feedback, analysing usage and engagement data and behavioural indicators to continuously strengthen change initiatives.
About You
You are a pragmatic and adaptable change professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and turning ideas into action. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing behavioural change and helping people embrace new ways of working.
You'll bring:
- Experience delivering change, adoption or transformation initiatives for digital, technology or AI-enabled solutions.
- Demonstrated success driving stakeholder engagement and behavioural change across diverse and complex environments.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, relevant and practical messages.
- Experience partnering with leaders to build readiness, overcome resistance and drive adoption outcomes.
- A hands-on approach and ability to build relationships and tailor your approach to suit the needs of different teams.
- Strong working knowledge of AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, digital workplace technologies or emerging technology adoption programs.
- Experience within professional services, legal, consulting or other complex corporate environments will be advantageous.
- A change management qualification or demonstrated experience applying structured change methods such as Prosci, ADKAR or similar.
