AI Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI + Cloud Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. This role requires deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, multi-agent orchestration, and secure production deployments.The ideal candidate will combine strong programming skills with hands-on experience across modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms, while ensuring compliance, observability, and ethical AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deliver Generative AI solutions in enterprise-scale productionenvironments.
• Implement agent-based architectures and orchestrate multi-agent systems for complexworkflows.
• Ensure application security, observability, and reliability across all deployed solutions.
• Build and maintain full-stack applications with robust automated unit and regression testing.
• Leverage enterprise-grade DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for scalable AI deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, compliance, and business stakeholders, to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of AI governance, compliance, and ethical frameworks, including security guardrails.
• Deliver AI-driven solutions tailored to the banking domain, with applications in fraud detection, customer personalization, and conversational AI.

SKILLSMust have

• Total 8-10 years of experience. 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Proven ability to deliver Gen AI solutions in enterprise production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with full-stack development.
• Hands-on expertise with the following AI and cloud technologies:AWS Cloud- EKS / ECS- Bedrock- Semantic Kernel- LangChain- LangGraph- HuggingFace- SageMaker
• Deep understanding of foundational AI models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Experience deploying AI solutions using enterprise-grade DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Background in delivering solutions within the banking sector.
• Exposure to fraud detection, customer personalization, and conversational AI applications.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries with strict compliance requirements.
