AI Cloud Graduate Talent Trainee
You will develop AI cloud technologies across cloud service platforms, managed Kubernetes, AI model training and inference, AI Agent platforms, and advanced AI systems. You may work on GPU scheduling, distributed systems, cloud-native infrastructure, MLOps, LLMOps, and automated operations for large-scale AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop large-scale AI cloud services
- Develop managed Kubernetes services with GPU-native orchestration
- Develop distributed training, model fine-tuning, model deployment, and inference capabilities
- Develop enterprise AI Agent platforms
- Develop GPU resource scheduling, distributed systems, high-performance networking, cloud-native infrastructure, MLOps, and LLMOps platforms
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD, or up to 2 years of related work experience
- Programming ability in Go, Python, C++, Java, Rust, or related technologies
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, OpenStack, Prometheus, Grafana, Argo, Istio, PostgreSQL, Redis, message queues, distributed storage, or other cloud-native technologies
- Experience developing or operating large-scale cloud, Kubernetes, AI training, inference, or Agent platforms
- Achievements in academics, engineering projects, publications, open-source contributions, or programming and algorithm competitions
