AI Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for Industrial Solutions

Coesia is seeking a Cloud Engineer to define and execute the corporate cloud strategy, transforming business goals into scalable AI-ready architectures and ensuring investments align with the digital technology roadmap.

You will build secure, observable cloud environments for AI workloads, automate IaC, manage GPUs and AI services, and collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams while upholding security and compliance standards across global operations.

Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure for AI solutions, including networking, compute, storage, and identity services. Build scalable, secure, and observable environments for AI workloads in production. Define and automate cloud environments using Infrastructure-as-Code for consistency and scalability. Manage cloud resources and services for all workloads, with focus on AI workloads (GPUs, training, inference, vector stores). Ensure security, compliance, and data protection per enterprise standards. Collaborate across development, operations, and business teams to accelerate delivery. Coordinate with Digital Product Managers to implement the digital roadmap and oversee the Digital Services team. Define the service rollout plan and deliver to business owners and project managers. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field. Five+ years of experience managing cloud architecture projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies for automation of processes. Ability to work in an international, dynamic environment. Ongoing learning mindset. Insurance Company benefits
