AI Cloud Project Manager

Lead AI cloud infrastructure projects, coordinating data centers, GPU deployments, and software releases while managing cross-functional teams and regional expansions.
Bitdeer Technologies Group is seeking a seasoned AI Cloud Project Manager to coordinate infrastructure engineering, software engineering, operations, vendors, and leadership for a multi-region AI cloud platform.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI cloud infrastructure and platform software initiatives.
- Coordinate control plane, tenant management, billing, quota, API, portal, scheduling, and observability modules through release.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk registers.
- Coordinate compute, network, storage, software engineering, data center operations, and vendor teams.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships.
- Run steering committees, planning sessions, weekly meetings, milestone reviews, and executive reporting.
- Align infrastructure and software delivery timelines for regional launches.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and blockers.
- Define project management standards, templates, and processes.
- Track delivery, schedule, budget, sprint, and resource KPIs.
- Support capacity planning and demand forecasting.
- Lead post-project reviews and lessons-learned processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience in cloud infrastructure, data centers, or cloud platform software delivery.
- Experience delivering complex infrastructure and cloud platform software projects.
- Understanding of compute, networking, storage, and data center facilities.
- Understanding of multi-tenant control planes, Kubernetes, microservices, API design, CI/CD, and software release management.
- Experience managing cross-regional or global projects.
- Project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid.
- Experience with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
