This will be a 1-year renewable contract based in One North.

Responsibilities

Manage and enhance the AI tools SharePoint site to ensure content remains accurate, accessible, and up to date.
Ownership of supporting training and adoption materials (user guides, presentations, FAQs, quick-reference resources, and communications content).
Facilitate AI training sessions, workshops, and adoption events.
Onboarding of new AI tool users and manage logistics for adoption activities.
Monitor AI adoption metrics.
Gather user feedback for continuous improvements on training content and delivery.
Internal communication campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI tools.
Create contents for newsletters, announcements, intranet articles, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Create media assets such as banners, infographics, and short videos.

Requirements

Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, instructional design, or a related field.
AI competency (including self-directed AI literacy development and practical use of AI tools to improve personal or team productivity).
Stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills.
Experience organising training events or workshops
Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Power Automate) - advantageous
Experience in training delivery or change management - advantageous
