As an AI Consultant at ADAPTOVATE, you will help organisations use AI to solve real business challenges and drive meaningful transformation. Working closely with clients, you will understand their needs, identify opportunities where AI can add value, and shape practical solutions that deliver measurable impact. This role combines business insight, problem-solving, and strong stakeholder engagement to help clients unlock the full potential of AI.
What will you be doing?
- Conduct market, industry, and organisational analysis to identify opportunities where AI and emerging technologies can create measurable business value
- Support the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions that integrate into client environments and drive long-term adoption
- Contribute to transformation programmes by coordinating activities, supporting stakeholders, and helping implement new ways of working, including AI-driven process improvements
- Translate business priorities into practical AI use cases, helping shape roadmaps and recommendations aligned to organisational goals
- Deliver high-quality client deliverables including analyses, progress updates, presentations, and proposals, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to support collaboration, change, and successful delivery
- Support clients in exploring and applying Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions that improve decision-making, operations, and innovation
- Contribute to capability building and help organisations embed AI ways of working and a data-driven culture
What ADAPTOVATE is looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Min. 4 years of experience in consulting, transformation, strategy, or a fast-paced business environment
- Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging AI trends, with a focus on real business applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, or operational change initiatives
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with confidence preparing materials and presenting to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with cloud and digital ecosystems (particularly Microsoft / Microsoft Azure) is beneficial, but deep technical expertise is not required
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working across diverse client environments and teams
- Willingness to travel
