AI Consultant (GenAI)
About the role
We are looking for an AI Consultant with a strong technical background and a passion for helping organizations successfully adopt AI. This role is ideal for experienced Solution Architects, Technical Leads or Engineering Leads who have evolved from hands-on delivery into technology consulting while maintaining a deep understanding of modern software engineering and AI technologies.
You will work directly with customers to identify business challenges, assess AI readiness and define practical, high-value AI solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge business and technology, helping organizations transform ideas into executable AI initiatives.

- Previous experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Engineering Lead or similar senior technical role
- Strong software engineering background with a solid understanding of modern application architecture and cloud technologies
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers in consulting, advisory or solution delivery roles
- Proven ability to lead technical workshops, discovery sessions and architecture assessments
- Broad understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning and enterprise AI platforms
- Ability to identify business challenges and translate them into practical technical solutions
- Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluent English - C1
Nice to have
- Experience delivering AI transformation or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting pre-sales and business development activities
- Knowledge of OpenAI, Microsoft AI, Azure AI, AWS or Google Cloud AI services
- Experience preparing AI adoption roadmaps and technology strategies
- AI, cloud or architecture certifications
