About the Opportunity

We are incredibly proud to partner with a leading client in Poland on a major AI and technology programme. As the partnership continues to grow, we are looking for AI Consultants across Junior, Mid-Level and Senior levels to join the team.

This is an opportunity to work on challenging, real-world AI and data projects while collaborating with experienced engineers, data specialists and technical leaders.

We are particularly interested in professionals with strong experience in C++, Python and PySpark.

What You'll Do

Depending on your level of experience, you will:

• Design, develop and optimise AI and data solutions using C++, Python and PySpark.

• Build scalable data-processing pipelines using Apache Spark / PySpark.

• Develop and maintain production-quality software and AI/ML solutions.

• Work with large and complex datasets.

• Contribute to technical design and solution architecture.

• Optimise applications and data pipelines for performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists and technical stakeholders.

• Help integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments.

• For senior positions, provide technical leadership and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

Junior AI Consultant — 2–4 Years

We're looking for someone who has:

• 2–4 years of relevant commercial experience.

• Good programming skills in Python and/or C++.

• Experience with or knowledge of PySpark / Apache Spark.

• Good understanding of software engineering fundamentals.

• An interest in AI, machine learning and data technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A willingness to learn and grow within a highly technical team.

Mid-Level AI Consultant — 4–7 Years

We're looking for someone who has:

• 4–7 years of relevant commercial experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with C++, Python and/or PySpark.

• Experience delivering production-quality software, data or AI/ML solutions.

• Experience working with large-scale data and distributed processing.

• Good understanding of AI/ML and data engineering concepts.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.

• The ability to work independently and collaborate with technical stakeholders.

• Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced developers is a plus.

Senior AI Consultant — 7+ Years

We're looking for someone who has:

• 7+ years of relevant commercial experience.

• Extensive experience with C++, Python and/or PySpark.

• Strong experience designing and delivering complex production systems.

• Excellent understanding of software engineering, distributed systems, data processing and/or AI/ML.

• Experience with technical architecture and solution design.

• Strong stakeholder-management and consulting skills.

• Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring other engineers.

• The ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
