AI Creative Director (Video)
Description
Remote (Global — Philippines, LATAM, and Eastern Europe encouraged) | Full-Time | $1,500–$3,000 USD/month, based on experience
MACH10 is scaling ceramic coating and automotive detailing nationwide. We need someone to run our video creative who is, first and foremost, a great editor — and second, one of the people actively pushing what AI production can do right now.
This is not a "prompt guy" role, and it's not a traditional editor role. We want a career professional editor who has spent the last couple of years figuring out how far AI tools can go.
Non-negotiables
5–10+ years as a professional video editor. Paid, professional work — not hobby, school, or freelance gigs stitched together.
Proven tenure. We hire people who stay. Your history should show extended time (multiple years) at the same company or client.
A real portfolio, attached. No portfolio, no review.
What matters most
You're an exceptional editor. Pacing, story, sound design, color, rhythm, retention — instinct for you. Your reel makes other editors a little uncomfortable.
You're at the edge of AI production. Higgsfield is part of your daily workflow. You know which models handle motion, consistency, and camera moves well, and where each falls apart. You blend AI generation with real footage so the seams don't show. When a new model drops, you've tested it by the weekend.
Next most important
Organic content and brand. You make content people like, not just watch. You know how a brand earns affection over time — tone, recurring formats, characters, shareable moments.
Creative strategy and copy. You write hooks, scripts, and on-screen copy that sound human. You bring the idea instead of waiting for a brief.
Production coordination. You can brief a shooter, run a shot list, organize field footage, and keep a content pipeline moving without being chased.
Also valuable
Performance creative on Meta. You've cut ads with real spend, understand hook rate, hold rate, and CPA, and know how to iterate on a winner. A plus — not the core of the role.
What you'll do
Own video creative end to end: concept, script, production, AI generation, edit, publish.
Build repeatable AI workflows and templates so we produce more, better, faster.
Develop our organic content engine: formats, series, and a recognizable brand voice.
Partner with marketing on Meta ad concepts and iterations.
Direct field shoots and turn raw footage of real cars and real work into standout content.
Keep us current on what's new in AI video and what we should be using.
What to expect
Talented, intense, interesting co-workers. Real ownership of how the brand looks and feels. A budget for tools. Room to define the role as AI production evolves. If you love cars, even better.
