We're looking for a Motion Designer & Video Editor to join our in-house Studio team. You'll create high-quality AI-powered video content from concept to final delivery, combining AI video generation, storytelling, motion design, and video editing to bring our brands to life across marketing, product, social media, and educational content. You'll work closely with Brand, Marketing, HR, and Product teams while continuously exploring new AI capabilities to improve creative quality, speed, and production workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage modern AI tools throughout the creative process- from ideation and scripting to asset creation, AI-generated video production, prompt engineering, and workflow optimization.
• Own the end-to-end creation of motion graphics and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, product videos, educational content, and events.
• Create high-quality animations, branded motion packages, logo animations, and engaging visual stories while maintaining consistency across multiple brands.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and compelling visual narratives.
• Edit and adapt video content for multiple platforms and formats, with strong attention to pacing, rhythm, detail, and cinematic storytelling.
• Work confidently with Adobe After Effects, including customizing complex templates, nested compositions, expressions, and premium motion assets, as well as sourcing and selecting high-quality templates that best fit creative and production needs.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience creating AI-generated video content using modern AI video platforms (such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Pika, Seedance, Nano Banana Pro, Artlist, or similar).
• 5+ years of experience in Video Editing, Motion Design, or related creative roles.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects & Photoshop.
• Strong expertise in professional video editing and motion design, with the ability to elevate AI-generated content through high-quality post-production.
• Experience creating content for social media, marketing campaigns, product videos, and digital platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Native-level or exceptional English writing and communication skills are required.
