Requirements:- Experience implementing or embedding AI solutions within a financial services, FinTech or regulated environment.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and CRM optimisation.
- Track record of identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to improve business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to work with both senior leadership and operational teams.
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach, with a focus on getting AI embedded into the business rather than simply producing strategy documents.
- Identify and implement practical AI use cases across the business.
- Help embed AI into day-to-day processes, workflows and customer journeys.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate these into effective technology solutions.
- Review existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiencies.
- Support the development and enhancement of our CRM capability.
- Improve CRM processes, data quality, reporting and user adoption.
- Work with business and technology teams to ensure CRM and AI initiatives deliver measurable value.
- Support change management and adoption, helping teams understand how to make best use of new AI-enabled capabilities.
