AI Customer Service Training Officer

About the Role

Blue Wave New Energy is looking for an AI Customer Service Training Officer to help build and continuously improve its AI-powered customer service system — organizing knowledge, optimizing AI responses, improving prompts, and ensuring the AI assistant provides accurate, professional, and helpful answers to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and improve the company's AI knowledge base
  • Create and optimize FAQs, SOPs, and customer service content
  • Design, test, and refine prompts to improve AI response quality
  • Review customer conversations and identify areas for AI improvement
  • Organize product information, policies, and processes into structured AI knowledge
  • Work with Customer Service, Sales, Technical, and Operations teams for accuracy
  • Test AI performance regularly and implement data-driven improvements
  • Update AI knowledge with new products, promotions, or policies
  • Document optimization work and report progress to management

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Basic familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar)
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational and documentation abilities
  • Ability to learn new products and business knowledge quickly
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work full-time from the Lagos office
  • Experience with chatbots, AI tools, prompt engineering, or knowledge base management is preferred
  • Experience in customer service, operations, content management, or technical support is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of automation tools, APIs, or Python is an advantage but not required
