【Job Description】
We are looking for a business facing AI & Data Analytics Engineer to innovate and land AI-driven solutions that improve business decision-making, manufacturing performance, product quality, and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will work closely with business users, domain experts, product teams, and IT to identify high-value opportunities and translate business or manufacturing challenges into practical data analytics, machine learning, and generative AI solutions.
You will participate across the full AI solution lifecycle—from problem definition, data exploration, modeling, prototyping to system integration, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The role covers a broad range of technologies, including data analytics, statistics, machine learning, LLM, and data platforms.

【Responsibilities】

• Translate Business Needs into Data-Driven Solutions: Work with business users,

engineers, and domain experts to understand operational challenges, define
analytical problems, and translate into actionable AI and data analytics
solutions.

• Manufacturing Analytics and Decision Making: Apply data analytics and AI

techniques to manufacturing use cases, e.g. process monitoring, yield and
defect analysis, equipment performance, abnormality detection, quality control,
and early-warning systems.

• Support AI Agentic Flow Design and Prototype: Transform ideas and exciting AI

technologies into functional prototypes and scalable applications. Collaborate
with engineering teams to integrate prototypes into production systems.

• Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with cross-functional teams including

business stakeholders, manufacturing engineers, data engineers, software
engineers, product managers, and AI specialists.

• Continue Improve and Support: Identify monitor metrics for released items.

Analyze possible causes and define improvement steps. Perform the logistics
support collaboration with other teams.

【Minimal Requirement】

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical fields, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of experience in any type of software development.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases development in C# or Python programming languages.
• Knowledge of at least one of the following areas:

o Data analytics and statistical modeling
o Machine learning / Deep learning
o Generative AI / Large Language Model

【Preferred Profile】

• 2+ years of experience in any type of software development.
• Experience hyperautomation technologies including Copilot Studio, AI Builder

and Robotic Process Automation(RPA)

• Experience or have knowledge on Azure data services, like Azure SQL, Azure

Fabric, ADF, ADLS, and DataOps concept.

• Knowledge of Generative AI / LLM applications, including areas:

o Retrieval-Augmented Generation(RAG)
o AI agentic flow design
o Harness engineering
o Embedding and vector search
o Enterprise knowledge assistants
