AI Data Annotator

Contract : Monthly basis

Language needed : Bahasa Malaysia

This role involves providing end-to-end content review and quality assurance services. The individual will be responsible for audio transcription based on predefined guidelines. The ideal candidate has excellent listening skills, strong command of grammar and punctuation, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

Job Description

• Listen to audio and video recordings and transcribe them,
• Ensure transcripts are accurate, complete, and properly formatted.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive or proprietary information.
• Provide relevant data and prompt responses based on content.
• Conduct data collections based on client requirements.
• Maintain detailed records for tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate to refine grading rubrics and annotation criteria.
• Provide timely and accurate evaluation.
