AI Data Centre Project Engineer
Responsibilities
- Support the deployment and implementation of AI infrastructure and data centre projects.
- Coordinate project activities with customers, distributors, vendors, technology partners, and internal engineering teams.
- Assist in the design and implementation of AI computing solutions, including GPU servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and cooling infrastructure.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and project planning activities.
- Prepare technical proposals, system architecture designs, deployment plans, and project documentation.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and progress reporting to ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate and oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
- Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AI infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate closely with global technology partners and OEMs to ensure successful project delivery and system integration.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and project specifications.
- Provide post‑deployment technical support, issue resolution, and project follow‑up to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering, systems integration, data centres, or IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of servers, networking, storage systems, power distribution, cooling systems, or data centre infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AI computing platforms, GPU technologies, and high‑performance computing environments is an advantage.
- Travel required locally and overseas as necessary.
