Summary: This role focuses on developing and optimizing AI applications and data architectures to support machine learning models effectively within corporate IT environments, ensuring their stability and scalability.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop robust AI applications in collaboration with data scientists.
Design and implement reliable, sustainable AI-based solutions.
Assess performance of existing AI applications and identify bottlenecks.
Coach AI teams and mentor traditional application teams for better alignment with enterprise AI strategy.
Support research and evolution of AI enterprise architecture.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience (10 years preferred).
Fluent English (C1 level) capable of business negotiation standards.
Monthly travel availability to Frankfurt am Main.
Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Proficient with Transformer Models (Hugging Face, SpaCy).
Experience with machine learning model architecture, deployment, and evaluation (e.g., GANs, GPT).
Proficient in backend development with Python.
Nice to Have:
Experience with AWS-based AI tooling, particularly AWS Bedrock.
