AI Data Engineer — Pathology Image Pipelines Equity Eligible

TileBio is building a foundation model of pathology, treating whole slide images as language data. As Data Engineer, you will design and maintain the infrastructure that turns raw WSIs from scanners into versioned, reproducible training sets for our AI team.

You will own ingestion pipelines, data versioning, and high-throughput processing, collaborating with Deep Learning Engineers to optimize loading for multi-GPU training, based in Glasgow with a competitive GBP salary and equity options.
