Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to S$5,500/month
Work Arrangement: On-site, 5 days/week

About the Role

Our client is looking for an AI Data Operations Specialist to support AI model evaluation, training data operations and data quality initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in AI, data analytics and Large Language Models (LLMs) who enjoy combining technical and operational work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support AI model evaluation, training data and annotation projects.

  • Conduct data quality audits and identify recurring errors or quality issues.

  • Develop and maintain annotation guidelines and technical documentation.

  • Design and improve prompts, AI workflows and reusable AI tools.

  • Use Python and SQL for data processing, analysis and automation.

  • Analyse data quality, model performance and dataset coverage.

  • Work closely with researchers, product teams and external partners.

  • Research emerging AI/LLM technologies and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related disciplines.

  • Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience in data analysis.

  • Experience with pandas, NumPy and data visualisation tools.

  • Hands-on experience with prompt design / LLMs / AI workflows.

  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Comfortable working on-site 5 days per week.

Good to Have

  • Experience in LLM/VLM data annotation, model evaluation or training data.

  • Experience with AI agents, prompt engineering or AI workflow development.

  • Experience in data quality auditing or annotation guideline development.

  • Knowledge in STEM, finance, law, medicine or other specialised domains
